how can research

quest object : in search of the vaccine but how to finish i bring alpha to scientist but nothing happend.

Once you kill the apha it drops a package you have to take to the researchers, take it to them and your squad will contact you informing you of the successful deliver.
After that wait some time, they'll contact you again, for a couple more missions, and after that you'll be able to research the vaccine, that you have to research every 12 days for 40 research points.
