How to build Kindergarten?

Instructions are,that I need to look around in the nearest area? I'm searching,but I 'm still not able to build the Kindergarten. Can someone help me?

Check the building menu on the bottom "other", Kindergarten should be there

No kidding.......but its not highlighted and wont let you build it. Its buugged. I search almost every neighborhood and its still shaded out and wont let me build it either......have to start the game over again for about the 4th time now.. Every update seems to ruin every old save game.

If you're playing tutorial mode, you should be able to build kindegarten after the first child is born into your zone - there's an event about that. For no tutorial mode, the building should be available from the beginning.

Unfortunatelly it is shaded in building menu. I was playing Cambridge,when this update come. Already 43rd day

I have a population of nearly 600 ppl, new babies almost every day, still can't build kindergarten

same for me - have almost 300 people,babies and no option to build Kindergarten,and people are dissatisfied,and happiness is going down,because I didn't build Kindergarten :)

the reason for that is because your map is pre-update, you cant unlock kindergarden on map made before the update for some reason but you could probably manualy unlock it with cheat but im not shure.

i do not know if they plan on fixing it but even if you had acces, currently the kindergarten are bugged, maybe they will fix this at the same time as they fix the kindergarten.

This is actually true, older saves might encounter problems with new functionalities. We'll see what we can do about that.
