Game gets very slow and consumes a lot of RAM after D30+

For some reason, probably after zone gets big enough, games starts to slow down to a point of crush. RAM is 99% used instead of usual 50%. Saving and reloading helps - but not every time.

Is it always a day threshold, or a certain amount of workers, or anything else?

I concur, once you get to day 30+, the game starts eating more memory. what is nice is I have 64 GB's of RAM, but by day 30, the game engine is using over 24 GB's of RAM.

I do spam the invite button on the radio so I'm constantly adding more immigrants.

yeah this game got ram issue, i played few hours without restart the game, and saw 27gig ram consuming from game, i saved the game and restarted the game and loaded the save file, and here u can see the game consuming only 5gig ram again, so u need restart the game after few hours, the devs need to fix that, some games have this problem but it can be fixed.
