Tall Building (Doesn't Exist)

I had an event that told me to go to a tall building for scouting purposes. It said it was at ADDRESS, and never populated an objective. I can only assume that since I live in a place that strictly regulates the height of buildings the game could not find a tall enough building. This is something worth looking into I think, and I see a few solutions. either the game picks the tallest building in your area to make the tall building (or one of them if multiple are the same size) regardless of height, or the game could give us an alternative buildable building to use.

No, you won't complete one objective, the game will continue nevertheless.

Hope it gets sorted soon as it completely threw me as the screen moves to a rough location so I just ended game and gave up a while back
