Why can't I eat Raiders?
I'm happily eating my own people. Why can't I eat killed raiders?

I've had people starve but never seen the option to eat own people.

Why can't we feed dead infected to pigs?

I don't think so (I mean, that happens too). I can't rule out that it's people dropping a meat they carried as they starved to death (because the game is stupid that way and people prefer starving to death to munching on corn or raw meat).
