Are you playing on a laptop, of all things?
It might be something wrong with my computer instead then. Will check.
Will do.
Havent tried in a day or two. Will repost if it keeps up
For those getting blue screens, that can happen RARELY, most times that's going to be overheating, or bad spots in your ram, things that can just stop working at anytime.
RAM for instance has a lifespan of about 5 to 7 years, and that's WITHOUT overclocking, which any pc running XMP which is turned on by most pc builders IS overclocking, which can reduce lifespan, same with video card memory, and PC parts.
Average lifespan of cheap thermal paste, which most builders use to keep price down is 2 years, before it starts degrading, the best you can buy is about 10 years, once again, can reduce lifespan by OC, and running hotter.
Short story being, is it can ALWAYS be a pc problem, especially when it's not happening for the majority.
I've stress tested this repeated to refine the CPU undervolt and GPU OC and I've not had an issue with any other game in my library and there's a lot to choose from. My idle temps are 25-30°C on both CPU/GPU and my in game temps hit 70°C on the CPU max and 60°C on the GPU.
This isn't a heating issue in my case, my OS crashes, PC Immediately restarts, not even a BSOD.
My guess is it, the game does not like my CPU undervolt. But it's the only game that doesn't if so. I'm not going into BIOS to change it back and get worse performance across the board for a single game.
Refunding.
"steamhelper" seems to conflict with this game somehow and crashes / demands attention to reload
also just the resource usage from having steam doing stuff (opening the new specials popup etc) in the background whenever it wants

I tried to do a new save and my computer doesnt crash this time...
I think the problem is because of the save buged
