Workers Don't Walk So Fast
Ever actually pay attention to the walking speed of your workers? I set up a warehouse down the street, about eight blocks away from HQ to be exact, and it literally took them 3 in-game hours to get there, lol. IRL, it would take me about 30 minutes to do that. No wonder workers are so inefficient in this game.

Yes, the day takes 10 minutes, and the year takes 12 days to keep a reasonable gameplay, while we tried to avoid the workers to move at Sonic the Hedgehog speed.

But they dismantle a building within hours, cut down a tree within minutes, grow crops within few days

Not Sonic speed, just normal human speed would be nice vs. wasting three hours walking 8 whole blocks, lol. The day shift goes by pretty quick, and when wood is scarce it makes gathering a royal pain in the arse... Wastes a third of the day walking a few blocks.

There needs to be a system where workers get vehicles too. Trucks and such even if simulated wold be a blessing.
A truck you can find that acts as a warehouse, that fills up and brings back the resources.
A bus you find that you can place and workers can spawn from it to do jobs in an area.
Maybe a new type of squad called work crew that can drive those vehicles and they return to the camp at night and go back out during the day.
Even if it's a research to unlock it would be helpful.

i think a nice fix for this would be allow vehicles to be used for workers imo

I see empty spots in my farm for storage, but I have 200 grain sitting in storage and 16 employed people at the farm sitting around doing not anything.

It's a tricky balance, we should have a new control to allow us to set how many days worth we would like to keep on hand. Then anyone you have unemployed should do stocking runs to keep towers stocked and factories running.

Yeah, workers are currently the most frustrating part of the experience. On one hand, yes they dismantle entire buildings pretty fast but for gameplay reasons they are still rather slow on so many things. Worker vehicles of different kinds would be a blessing, if balanced correctly.

The resuply issue IS BIG right now I just lost 200 people to starvation cause workers REFUSE to resuply the cookhouse properly, they just do 1 grain every few hours and I can't in any way shape or form command or manually move grain from storage to cookhouse.
