how to deactivate cheats

i got stuck on the misson where u find another IFZ thats dead, but i have searched the building it spawned on so i couldent do anything about it so i used cheats to end that misson but now i cant seem to deactivate the cheat function do i just not use it? or can i deactivate it?

Cheats are only way to fix bugged missions at the moment. Every day transmission spam hate it.

Nvm don't use cheats to do this, (or the console in general) my game's sound has completely bugged out on all saves.

After using the command CompleteAllMissions, then reloading to turn off cheats has caused the sound to stop working repeated reloads gives me a unity crash box. (Sound in-game doesn't work anymore:( )

Ive done it on 2 maps, no issue ... but I completely exit the game every few hours because of the non infected world (work etc)

No they're not. There is a workaround to reset buildings to an unexplored status so you can finish those missions.
