I once straight up asked about voice translations & was told upfront there will not be other voice acting than american English - so that would be the a natural thing for the community to be able to do, ideally. My microphone is not best quality, but I would be available for Alemannic (specifically: Swiss, plateau). Going with my grandmother, I could plausibly even get Egerlandic for voice acting (that's Bohemian-German, Sudeten).
Mods add more playability and user customization to make the game more fun to play. Unless you (dev) are providing a ton of content and updates EVERY WEEK, your game is going to lose interest and fall off the radar by the time u decide to add support. If its not a priority, make it one lol..
