Shooting from moving vehicles?

Was this in the last update and I just noticed it last night? Graphics glitch? Bug?

its been the same, everyone shoots buy the driver... can't shoot and move you know; You can get out and run into a building, but why do that when you can just kite them around the area,.

No, in the prologue the squad would not fire if the vehicle was in motion. I didn't pay any attention when I started the SEA (too busy trying to break the game). As I was kiting 3 hordes today I noticed gunfire coming from the car now. So, if you read my post I was asking when that change happened. I wonder if it was a graphics glitch or bug I need to report.

Remember that you can always use your car to run over the infected ;)

Alrighty, went through some testing. If the moving car is close enough to other squads that are firing from a building, a very few times, muzzle flashes will appear from the car but no ammo spent. Could have been a reflection? Sure, now I think of testing at other graphic settings? A graphical error?

OK, I still can't really tell if they are shooting from a moving vehicle; soon as they stop they start shooting. Remember, your driver will only fire if he is out of the vehicle and/or in a building..

Guess if you do short burst of clicks the car will move and shoot but not exactly the same time but close

Ok, yeah they will not shoot if you are moving (guess the people in my vehicles are too stupid to aim and pull the trigger. However, you can allow drivers to shoot when stopped.,

Another question what's the purpose of dumping fuel out the vehicles? is it some type of wall of fire defense? can't figure out why I would use it...(maybe just not working yet).

That fuel goes into inventory. Dump fuel is if the vehicle condition is too low
