The game wont run smoothly unless you have desktop at home that has a bit better hardware. I know my 970 had a hard time running it and it only had 4GB of VRAM with an Intel 6700k CPU.

I tried running the game on a laptop with 4GB of VRAM and an RTX 3060, and I can confidently say I had no hiccups or problems in the game. (i5 11th gen, 16gb ram on SSD)

Unfortunately, you can't run the game on integrated graphics. 32mb graphics memory is not enough.

If you don't have a dedicated graphics card, which it doesn't look like you have, then no.

I'm not sure it will even launch with Intel HD Graphics 4000, you need a dedicated GPU.
