Anybody know what the new patch did?

got one when i logged in today but can't find any patch notes

It hasn't updated. Check to be sure you don't have Shader Pre-Caching on in Steam settings.

i think there was tho, since mods like ini and dev console unlocker dont work anymore for me

Didn't have any kind of update on my end. Probably a Steam/Cloud thing and not an actual patch to the game.
