FFXV was in development hell for ages as well, it started off as 13 Versus for the PS3.

FF15 was Supposed to be Agatha's Whatever...

They later went back to the idea of Final Fantasy Vs 13 Story, but that doesn't mean they used anything from the Original Game Vs 13 Game for it... They Debated over, & over which idea they wanted to use...

Final Fantasy VII: ReMake on the other hand never changed, it got ported from 1 Gen to Another, & improved visuals...

FF7R did change though, it was originally going to be more along the lines of 1:1 Remake and then became more of a sequel with time manipulation, etc.

oh geez, every engine supports every graphic option, so it means that there is no reason to put no other PC options other than those which are present in the game ...

FFXV "Windows Edition" was made for PCs with PCs in mind where as FF7 Remake was basically a console version ported to PC as an afterthought.

Square Enix is just a lazy company. No good word about them.

Yeah. Square had CyberConnect2 doing most of the development on it for what? 2 years? Then booted them from the project and started over from scratch.
The game that really boggles the mind is Stranger of Paradise. It literally looks like a 360/PS3 game but runs worse than FF15 and FF7R. Was it something they cancelled during that gen then just decided to do something with it and got Team Ninja on the phone?

Well you are close to "might as well just play on console" territory with that statement.
But it's not what I said. And the OP instantly trolling as reply to my response shows the usual level of maturity I should be expecting from the forums. All I said was "Do you REALLY need 1000 settings to be happy with a game?". All I care about in a game is if it works well and it looks good. I don't really care about ultra HD graphics, though. I still play retro games.

Not the first time I see OP react rudely to someone anyway. Imagine going "You're a fanboy" just because I ask if he needs tons of settings to be happy... What a twisted logic this is.

I dont like UE4 games in general
