Change language subtitles?

Hi everyone, i'd wish to change the subtitles to english because right now i have the Italian one and they are bad as ♥♥♥♥.
I've tried to change the interface language of steam to English but the subtitles are still in italian...
Do you have any suggestions?

Right click on game, properties, Language, English.

Ingame adjust your dubs as you like. I prefer ♥♥♥.
