It's not "1/3rd of a game," it's a complete game.

Also, 40 hour is very short for a RPG. I have 300 hours in Cyberpunk 2077, it costs less than FF7R, and I haven't even done everything.
The fact is that this is a full game. You can accept that, or you can continue to cry about the same done to death argument that's been disproven over 1000 times in 1000 other spam threads in this very forum and not contribute towards fixing the problems that the game ACTUALLY has.
This game has a complete story as well, it follows it's own character arcs and subplots. Is Star Wars Ep IV not a complete movie because it doesn't contain the bits from Episode V or VI? Is Mass Effect 1 not a complete game because of the existence of Mass Effect 2 or 3?
Being part 1 of a planned trilogy doesn't mean the game is incomplete; it just means it is part 1.
Sure, now let me sell you:
Star Wars Episode IV: Part A
Star Wars Episode IV: Part B &
Star Wars Episode IV: Part C
for 80 € each. I promise you there's lots of funny fluff and character stuff, and youll watch each movie for 90 minutes!
False. If the story is not complete it is by definition not a full game.

37 ish hour to complete and maybe 80 hour for full complete.
