Grandmaster board.
I didn't pick it up in chapter 1, can I get it during chapter 2?

When you finish chapter 2, you can replay chapter 1 with any difficulty setting, and your fort condor coins and progress will transfer over, allowing you to purchase any leftover FC items.

To add onto this, no you cannot get it during chapter 2. For the rest refer to the previous poster.
