patch 1.03 problems

tifa aside (don't care) how the changes impact the performance? with ffvii hook isn't the best, but i fear if i update this, the stuttering will be much worse. someone has tested it yet?

literally zero difference, just download the patch, downgrade the .exe and install ff7hook again

oh so it's just tifa. using the 1.002 exe (i already have it) just works? i heard the new patch installed other files, those don't conflict with the 1.002 exe?

also thanks for the clown thing (for the guy who did it), just free points for me. i asked for performance problems, because we all know this game is famous for, people with sheer luck who avoid stutter doing nothing just like to do that

it's impossible to avoid stutters in this game.

There are no changes in terms of performance. The game still stutters a lot when attacking because of the Millions of fckng particles being generated.

some people solved it for his system (and i saw it people playing even with not top tier pc), meanwhile i have stutters every 2-3 seconds, i did exactly what guides of trusty people did, still there's something not working. guess this new patch don't solve this either, knowing square ports

Well I had to mod mine and use dx11 to remove stuttering completely

with the new patch, when i launch the game, i hear the menu music, but there is a "fatal error" screen, and the game crashes :/

Some people did not solve stutter in their system because this is impossible at user side. That's a lie.

I don't use HDR actually to me smooth gameplay over HDR

i use dx11 too (don't care for HDR, my monitor had a bad HDR anyways) what other mods you use? ffvii hook? dxvk? i tried a lot of things nothing solved it, it's better than unmodded game but never solved it

just the two you mention I'm just not sure how to downgrade from 1.3 to 1.2 never had to do it before

or wait for the ffvii hook to update for 1.003, or use the 1.002 .exe, but if you already updated, you need to find that online
