Weapons Master achievement

Hi everyone !!!!

Im trying to 100% the game. I have every achievement but the weapon skill one. Everything is at 100% and I have all manuscripts. Is there another criteria I need to be looking at? It says I'm missing one weapon skill but 100% in everything.

Every characters has 5 weapons, so you probably miss a weapon somewhere

2 weapons easily missable for example :
- the last one for Barret (EKG Cannon > Point Blank) during chapter 16 after meeting the mayor (10k gils to his assistant, Hart)
- a staff for Aerith (Bladed Staff > Lustrous Shield), you have to steal the boss of chapter 11 (Eligor)

So I beat the whole game on normal and hard and still missed aeriths bladed staff. Damn. Thank you so much! Had to go do 11 over again on easy mode to just rip through it! Appreciate the help friend!
