How to run this game flawlessly on Steam Deck OLED

In my 20 hours of experience, this is all I can say:

1. 1280x720 resolution.

2. Cap Framerate in-game AND in the steam overlay to "30fps".

3. Textures and Shadows to "Low".

4. Download the "Dynamic Resolution Disabler" mod from Nexus in desktop mode:

Extract the mod in Desktop mode.
Browse local files for FF7R.
Insert mod file into your Game/Paks/Mod folder.

FF7R should run beautifully from that point on. The stuttering comes from Dynamic Resolution constantly adjusting in scenes and gameplay every time the game fails to reach peak fps. You could probably safely set it to 60fps ingame/40fps in steam overlay, but there are parts of the game where it will still dip into the 30s.

they hid the drs mod in favor of ffviihook and of course its causing me errors..
