Eyebrows, puffyness of face and check structure, nose thickness and shape, lips, etc. are all very different.
What is odd though is Aerith's CG face is extremely different from her real-time engine rendered face.
Perhaps its Tifa's rounder puffy face that gives the impression of being more western where some of the other characters look either very defined or a bit more Asian and shaper details (less puffy, more defined shape of face, smaller nose)?
