is it just me or is the grafiks options a little poor ? i mean cant even find vsync

V-sync is determined by the setting "Framerate" and the target you set it to.

Yes, FFVII Remake graphic settings are quite barebone and one of the worst parts of the port.

oh ok i the game is okey but i needed to force directx 11 because of all the choppy scenes but that is fixed now. i still have small screen tearing issues ... its not bad but if i can i want to get rid of them any tips ?

In control panel (Nvidia, or AMD) manually set a v-sync for the game that way rather than in-game, itself. This can often result in better frame pacing than the in-game v-sync for some games (iirc this was one of them, too) and set FPS for 120 in-game. Can't remember but might need to set V-sync to be 1 FPS lower than your display's refresh rate or the 120 cap (so 119) to get best results. That should fix your screen tearing.
