Not a single stutter and I'm on a Laptop so it must be your PC and settings/config.
game got two patches neither did anything
My pc can run this game flawlessly at 100-120 fps 1440p resolution at highest setting with HDR on
Yet its struggling to run FF XV at ultra setting.
This game optimization is one of the best PC game I ever seen

2. Disable Vsync
3. Set the ingame Shadow Resolution to Low
4. Set Characters displayed to 4 - 6.
5. Limit the game to 120fps from the ingame options menu.
5. Enable Ultra low latency from the Nvida control panel
