Vincent Valentine in Rebirth?

Will Vincent Valentine be in Rebirth? I would love to see his remade model and transformations will be so cool

He was optional in OG, but so was Yuffie and look how important her role was in this one.
No reason not to expect him there, in "mid" game we've got the whole crew together.

Main game for sure, I don't think he will be optional or whatever in the remake.

he'll be introduce in a DLC like yuffie and join the crew in the third game (like yuffie joining in rebirth, just my guess) since i don't think we'll reach the point (in the second game) where he is in OG ff7

Main game for sure. I believe they even commented it at one point way back. However, I wouldn't put it past them to have him show up extremely late episode 2 and possibly even just as DLC until episode 3 where he gets to be a core character. Hopefully, they don't do this. Either way, we have a ton of ground to cover before reaching Shinra manor if he is still acquired in the same location as the original. Tbh, not sure how they're going to fit the rest of the game in only 2 episodes... but we'll see.

I see your point, they gotta leave at least one character for future DLC or 3rd game to keep everyone excited.

Personally, I'm hoping we get some turks side story DLC to play as the turks. They are interesting, much more so than underground imo, and they're not strictly antagonistic either so I wouldn't feel as bad playing as them. I feel they were a bit underused in the original and could make an interesting DLC. Maybe they will even expand to multiple DLC if lucky for later episodes.

If you like Vincent he has his own game btw: Dirge of Cerberus. It takes place after FF7 original's story. You even see some characters like Cid got married rofl.
