Me and 100% of actual fans on steam got it during first month of release for 57 or less, because it was not even possible to pay full price on steam.
The game forces you to walk, crawl, duck, etc every few minutes. Tons of unneeded cutscenes, tons of weird and very slow moving mini-games (like the construction hands), a bunch of areas that are essentially just walking and talking for 15 minutes with no meaningful dialogue but was 5 seconds in the original (like the church roofs).
Tons of time-padding.
I don't think those events happened that often, and usually the dialog was relevant. It's just a bit mundane when you've already played the original. I think the only thing you listed that bothered me was how often I found myself squeezing through tight areas (particularly the ones in Wall Market because I kept checking to see if I could reach the chest yet) and the crane arms.
The crane arms were definitely annoying and could have been reduced.
