How can I make this work with nintendo pro controller? It forces me to map key in game but some buttons aren't working.

You can use it through Steam, as they have a preset scheme for Switch controllers.
Just go to Steam > Options > Settings > Controller > General Controller settings.

... OR you can do what I do and use a program called BetterJoy which essentially makes your Switch Controller be seen by the PC as an XBOX controller.
