Fakutori has been announced !

Fakutori was announced yesterday during Games Made in France, a french streaming event dedicated to highlight national and regional game makers.

We really enjoyed watching people discover Fakutori, asking questions about its setting and mechanics, and being generally curious about the game.

If you're reading this, you're probably already part of our group of wishlisters, and if you're not : what are you waiting for ? Wishlist away !

Antoine, who is the solo developer behind the game, is working hard to give you the best laid-back automation experience possible and putting out a public demo as soon as possible.

Suggestions after finishing the demo.

So despite hitting that bug that completed the Compendium for me in the tutorials, I enjoyed the game so much that I went back and started a new save in Free mode and unlocked everything myself. So given that, I do have some general suggestions. Basic elements and scarcity: Being able to just generate any element anywhere kind of trivializes them. Every other factory game that I've played always has the resources come FROM somewhere on the map, and while I appreciate Fakutori doing something different,...

Unable to figure out the first Prophecy

Really hard and confusing, Since the game's in demo all i could really even find about the game was InternDotGif's video about this game, not any guides or anything. Can someone help me with this? EDIT: I thought you would swarm the black-hole with a bunch of any element, didn't help, Maybe electrifying it? Nope. Electrify it during a star shower while being smothered by earth blocks? Nope....

Completed the Demo

Had a great time with it. Took me 9 hours of having the game open. The same charm that Bomb Club had is here too. Factory builders aren't always my thing but I think the 4 starter elements being a simple and reliable starting point that is then processed into anything else the player might need really helps with accessibility. Found Bug (Compendium completed itself)

I was progressing through the various objectives, then got to the one where the guys are trying to open the Archives. I was tasked with making 5 of something in order to open the door. At that point, I had a few thousand coins built up, so I figured I'd unlock the last two blueprints. I unlocked the Toggle Conveyor first, watched its tutorial, then unlocked the Puller, and watched that tutorial. When I came back, I went to my compendium to see what I needed to make 5 of, and the whole thing was filled ...

Typo in controls instructions.

Under the advanced controls, it says you can use W, X, or C, to cycle between the three different selection tools. It should read as "Z" instead of "W", since W moves the camera up.
