How do I take the warp pot all the way from ice palace to the leftmost room (the one with the 100 key)?? The only path there is through water and I can't swim with the pot? Or maybe there is some way to disable the bubble gate on the right of the map?

I had a crash while fighting the boss in the ice area. When entering the boss area, the boss did two jumps in a row, skipping a flying fist phase. After the second jump I dropped a drill block on it. After that I'm guessing it tried to activate the flying fist phase and the game crashed. The only possibly unusual action on my part was bringing in that drill block to the boss area from the outside. Although, the second time I did the same, there was no crash and I completed the fight. ___________________...

Exploration seems to be a key feature. Does it also have ability gating?

Pros / Cons of game?

(Spoiler warning) I've already beaten the game and got all items, and I'm on my last 6 gems. Is there anyway to see which ones I haven't gotten yet? Also, on the gem map I see a gem underneath the last whistle warp (where the second map is) and I have no idea how to get to that area (I've used the sidewarps at the ends of the map, but it those areas don't reach there). Thanks...
