Can I play this with a Racing Wheel?
Would I be able to somehow bind this game to a racing wheel so I could play this with a wheel or is there racing wheel support or something. Not sure how the game works so I don't know if wheel support could be even remotely possible.

This is what is known as a Frequently Asked Question, which is why the answer is in the PINNED: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS thread at the top of the page.

I looked through it before posting and saw something about controllers and it says it could support 3rd party controllers, but would it be able to support a wheel?

Not currently but the devs are looking into it

Alright, thank you. I'm sure you could probably rebind it somehow to work with a wheel but I am glad they are going to work on it. Might get the game in the future.

At the moment it does not support racing wheels/pedals though you can get them to work if you use the x360ce emulator. That said, I wouldn't bother as the driving in the game is not really suited to it as it's very stop start 'arcady' like.

Like you have to get out of the car and fix the car and then keep driving? It's not just like drive from A to B, or something like that.

Just saw this game.. but no wheel, no buy. It's driving game.
I don't care about people saying that in the game you get out of the car a lot to do stuff.. Yeah I saw in the trailer.

But here is the thing, you can connect a wheel and a controller at the same time simultaneously on PC just fine.

I play Forza like that. I have the wheel to drive.. but whenever I'm navigating the menus to customize the car or browse stuff, I pick up the controller (even though the wheel has a built in basic controller).

There is no issue for me to driving using the wheel, then pick up the Xbox controller sitting next to me when I get out of the car to do whatever the game has me doing on foot.

Not currently. We've been exploring it as a possibility but don't have anything to announce yet.

No wheel support and no widescreen support. Just insanity.

Needs steering wheel support badly
Man that would be sick as hell.
Have a driving wheel and pedals, it would be great.

If you don't or haven't tried a pedal and wheels you are missing OUT. I love playing racing games with my Logitech wheel and it's absolutely ridiculous fun, even though it costs at least 200$ for a decent set, it's an expensive hobby. Some people even spend 2000$ or more on direct drive wheels and racing frames and stuff like that. I would love to play a game like this with a wheel as well, mostly because it's a horror driving game.

I actually tried setting this up because my situation makes it really easy for me to switch between wheel/pedals and mouse/keyboard (I have the Azeron Cyro, so I don't really have the need for a keyboard when gaming).

However, when in the game using the wheel and driving just jerks the wheel all around -- it's uncontrollable. I'm using X360CE, but I'm brand new to the software and don't know if it's an issue with X360CE or with Pacific Drive. I've tinkered with the settings in G HUB as well to no avail. If you happen to have any experience with it would you mind giving me some feedback? Much obliged.

Well, I'd get on it. There are a good number of people out there on PC who will only purchase this if it has wheel support. I'm pretty sure it got beamed at me by Steam because I am into driving games... which support wheels.

Pretty well all of them.

Ideally you would have wheel support and the player would go to a controller when out of the vehicle.
