But more or less you need to focus on what you want/need of the resources
I’m playing on pc, what does Y do in your game, I’ll try the same keybind on my side and let you know if it worked.
Oh yeah sorry I meant Y on keyboard not gamepad. It auto sorts materials so they're all lined up next to each other. I haven't paid attention to what order it puts them in though and it doesn't do a very good job sorting your tools lol.
A way to unstack items would be nice though. I do like to bring a few items on runs to craft more gear if needed, but I don't want to bring 20 plastic when I might only need 6 to start and I'll gather more throughout the run.
The "T" button will try to take everything from a storage and put it in your inventory, or try to take everything from your inventory and put it into storage depending on what you are moused over.
Holding SHIFT and clicking will quickly transfer the singular item stack you are moused over. No need to drag items around.
Oh, I see what you mean now. Yeah, it’s still kinda hard to tell what exactly I’m working with though. I’m really just being ocd. I gave up on being perfectly organized awhile back. Maybe a patch or a mod will come a long later. No big deal, I’ll probably just go back to color coding.
I like counting things. It’s not a need, just something I enjoy in my games. It also helps me plan my drives.
Is there a problem with me wanting to keep an exact inventory?
you don't need to count, you can see the exact number whenever you want.
and the T only transfer materials
Show me where it gives me a number for exactly how many of each inventory item I have. A list of every item, with its count, in order.
That's what I'm looking for. If you're just pretending to be clever, please don't waste your time or mine.
