Anchor radar pointless?

Dunno bout you all but it's useless to me unless I can toss anchors in my bag. I will leave my car and run to an anchor based on the car waypoint. Since I have to go back to the car as anchors are hands only well guess what I do when I get back to the car. Place another marker really making the anchor radar useless. Anyone else figure a useful way to use this thing?

pretty sure the radar is for zones that hide the anchors from you

yea its only rly useful for the junction which hides the locations of the anchors, i always keep one in my trunk just incase i happen upon an area with that junction, aint fun bein there without the anchor radar :p

I like to use them on the anchors with a huge circle sometimes too. Then I can just park at the edge, ping it with the radar and run directly to it without really risking my car.
