Where is the best place to play?
Good afternoon, I have a Nintendo switch and a PC. And the game costs the same everywhere. and that's why I want to ask where it would be better to play in a switch or on a PC.

P.S Or even buy the tabletop version for 40 euros.

I don't own the Switch, but I believe there is some kind of limit on map size.
So if you want to achieve the really big scores then the PC version would be the choice.

By tabletop do you mean the board game??

I'm not sure if there are limitations and this is a full-fledged game, mb fps is less, but it's not an action game either. And yes, I'm talking about the board game.

It's like it's cooler on the candles because I ride a lot on the train, but it's also cool to sit at the desktop but at the PC.
I just remember seeing in the past when the portable version came out there being talk that, while on the PC you can score well over 2 million, that those kind of scores just are not possible on the portable version due to hardware limits.

Hopefully someone with Switch game experience can provide more definitive details for you to make a better informed decision.
Again, I don't own the board game, but it has different scoring rules to the electronic version.

Maybe try their Discord server for other viewpoints as all 3 versions are discussed on there.

I've read Reddit and you're right, but I don't know if it's 40k points anymore.
No idea what the limit is.
My PC score is around 2.3million, which I suspect would not be possible on Switch. :)

Just depends what you want, high score or portability?

it turns out yes, it's nice to play with a candle in the crib, or it's also fun on the PC listening to YouTube or chatting in the discord
Play on the PC. I have both the PC and Switch. Playing on the PC is much easier to and maneuver.

Regarding board game.
If you like PC/switch version & like playing board games with friends, you gonna like board variant. It has campaign mechanic so you unlock more complicated rules run after run & it feels amazing.

Some placing rules differ from PC but not much. However, this difference is crucial sometimes. For example, you don't need to place tiles perfectly, like grass/grass, buildings/buildings, etc. But railroad & water must be fit perfectly. And there is no water that fit grass perfectly, like in PC version.
