Game does not start anymore, can anyone help?

I played the game just fine for more than 25h. Today I wanted to play the game via Steam streming (from desktop to laptop), but the game somehow glithced out and does not properly start anymore. All I'm getting is a tiny bar with window icons (minimize, maximize, close) with the games icons besides than, in the middle of the screen. If I force fullscreen via Alt+Enter, I get some black bars left and right (bc of worong resolution), and a monocolor center, slowly changing color. It seems the game is playing the intro there, but there's just no thing being shown.

I already tried to repair files, removed and reinstalled the game, looked for config files to adjust (nothing found), removed files in AppData, searched the internet. Nothing works. It's certainly some issue on my desktop machine, bc the game runs just fine on the laptop (either directly or streamed from laptop to deskop).

Does someone have an idea what I could do about this?

I just created a new use profile, and with this new one the game just starts normally. I scanned through the AppData-Folder of this new account, replaced files from the game, steam and nvidia, but it still won't work on my main profile. The other way around, using the user files from my main profile in the new profile, this does not hinder the game start at all ... I'm so confused right now.

FIXED IT.

Graphics Settings are stored in the registry for some strange reason (usually such a thing goes into AppData). So removing the existing keys fixed the startup.
