Does every player needs the Maps?

If I buy a DLC and want to play it with friends does every Friend need to buy the DLC's aswell or is it enough if the Host owns them?

Hello! If the host owns the DLC world, all other players who join his lobby will play in the same world. This way you can share your themed worlds with your friends!

To answer your question, no, any other player(s) that does not own the DLC world (more like a texture pack lol) that you, as the host, selected to play will therefore only see the base/vanilla world for the game. The cards for careers, houses, etc. will also correlate to the vanilla world for any player(s) who does not own the DLC you chose while hosting. The game will still play out the same otherwise, but those who do not own the DLC texture packs will just have to settle for the vanilla version.
