Difference between maps

Hi! just wanted to know if the dlc maps brings new cards / events with them or they're just cosmetic. thanks!

New jobs n houses but how it works is u choose theme board for u. Everyone might be playing on different themes. Example I swapped to classic n still watch one guy get ghost hunter job. But u only get to use the jobs n houses that’s to theme u using.
