Definitely not if you don't have wrinklers.
I don't know much about optimization, but I almost never heard of that spirit being used, plus I heard that golden cookies are better than wrinklers, especially if you play semi-active, or active.

Only if you're an idle type player. I am about 95% Idle when the game is open, and the wrinklers help a lot. Middle slot.

Nah, it's not really worth it. Your idle production is so low that eventually the only thing that's going to matter is getting multiple golden cookies and combining them with the Diamond Godzamok buff to get months worth of cookies in seconds.

For active play I recommend: Godzamok-Mokalsium-Rigidel

For long period inactive play, I recommend: Rigidel-Mokalsium-Hobolore
Also, make sure you activate the golden switch and the shimmering veil. :)
