Should I use Skruuia?

Depends on how you play, probably not.
I play completely passively and got it in the third slot.

I only use it when the corrugators are full, before they pop, I add skruuia to increase their capacity and guarantee an extra bonus. Currently for most of my game, I use: 1st Mokalsium, 2nd Muridal and 3rd Jeremy.

Skruuia can be hand in an early part of a run if you aren't super worried about golden cookies and are trying to farm halloween and easter cookies off wrinklers (helps to use Selebrak for this too).

Otherwise, you can actually just wait until you're about to pop all your wrinklers before you throw Skruuia into your top slot, pop them all, then switch him back out. (Remember to be able to swap him out or you might be stuck with a bunch of wrath cookies for a while).

For most builds certainly not all the time - Skruuia's version of Wrath cookies have a 50% boosted chance of Ruin/Clot and everything else is about half as likely. Switching it in before bursting them is fine if wrinklers provide a decent part of your income.

Skruuia's digestion buff only applies the moment you pop the Wrinklers, so you don't need her in all of the time. Personally, I slot her into Diamond whenever I hit 3/3 Swaps, pop the Wrinklers, wait a minute or two for them to respawn with her spawn rate buff, then swap Mokalsium back in. I then repeat that every 5 hours when the two Swaps refresh.
