buying more of them increases the cost of spells but it does not increase the speed with which the magic meter grows. leveling them up seems to do nothing either. is the best strategy to have a minimum amount of them for the spell you want?

but remember you get achievements up to 600 building lvl´s.
so first try in a game to reach the 600 buildings and after this buy just the wizard tower needed to recharge them the fastest.
