Yeah. I mean it's now only a day or two later. I'm the definition of a casual player. I'm still in my first run, no ascensions, and I already have 1 Time Machine, 8 Portals, 15+ Alchemy labs, 50+ Wizard Towers, and so forth.
It's not physically possible to be stuck with only 8 Wizard Towers after months of playing.
Exactly, I think the first time I got stuck and couldn't buy anything was when I got ~400 Idleverses

Read this guide, you can ascend as soon as you get a prestige, but it's no recommended.
The optimal is something between 90 and 2777, but it really depends on your patience.
P.S 100 hours mean that you are in all of the time. Not in the half-AFK state.
