Wrinklers are really good if you're not actively playing and just idling
What GoldenGraham said. I found that gaining multiple buffs on your CPS (7x and/or buildings boosting it) while having max wrinklers, you will end up with a ton of cookies when popping them afterwards.
That's why I don't bought them, because I thought I couldn't idle then.
I just popped a wrinkler that ate 14 duodecillion cookies, and got 16 duodecillion back. I can get much more out of them, by just letting them stay on the cookie for longer.
So not only are wrinklers great but having a bunch of them is very good to have.
You can see the ammount of cookies they ate with an upgrade, and it evens out the ammount of cookies from all wrinklers if you close and open the game.
There is 1 Heavenly upgrade and 1 from the Easter season.
