like dude, i am 23 years old, is it too late to find a bpd obsessed gf? i need someone as fkud up as me, cuz no normie would ever like me, is there a place i can find them? im also european so i doubt i will, since these types seem more american and japanese, any insigth would be helpfull

I have BPD, all I have to say after reading your post is that you need therapy. A relationship doesn't involve two people going crazy, but rather two people working together to improve, both as a couple and for themselves individually. So sorry to say it but you're not ready for a relationship, let alone someone with BPD that you *will* hurt and she will hurt you.

But whatevs, it's the internet, you most likely won't care, so good luck.

honestly u can fix each other, kinda meme but true provided both want to get better and whatt not

It's a possibility, but not something you should actively be looking for. This is a tough life, relapsing happens more often than the healing, and odds are that this fantasy story of 'fixing each other' is not going to happen. There are days when you want to improve and get better, but then you start splitting and you want the opposite to that, then it's harder to recover from that state again.

Go to the japanese shrine or other worlds like that, surely you will find somebody my bpd guy. Kids are mostly on the black cat or the default worlds.
