Lost my save files

Last play is June 03, then I tried to play today, there was nothing.
No save, no picture, and ending collection too.
I also tried steam checked the file, but nothing have changed, i don't have backup file..
My game is done? can't i fix that?

There is only [DATA_day_1(june,03)] in the game files.

someone else may be able to give more technical details but yeah, the most recent update erased all progress. happened to me too. make sure to turn off automatic updates for the game bc if steam can it will continually erase all progress in accordance with the update. disappointing and strange the dev team has not addressed it yet

That's bad news, I turned off the update now. thank you.

I know someone already replied, but I have a temporary solution to help you back up your save data. It worked for me, so I hope it works for you~
Go to This PC -> Program Files (x86) -> Steam -> steamapps -> common -> NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE -> Then copy Windose_Data and paste it in a new folder on your desktop.
Windose_Data is where all of your game save data is stored, including the Settings file which I'm pretty sure is the problem child at the moment. Something about the devs making Settings not be a 'game save data' file, so when the game goes to update, it thinks that the Settings are corrupted because they're not what the default should be (aka a brand new save file) so it clears it and replaces it with a brand new save.
It's annoying, but hopefully it'll get fixed soon as save data being wiped accidentally is a surefire way to anger your fanbase.
Also, sorry if this makes very little sense. It's past midnight and I just clicked off the community tab to disable NSO's auto updates which wiped my entire reply, so I had to rewrite all this...
