Trying to get (Un)Happy End World
For some reason, I keep getting Happy End World and I have no clue why.

I've got all the (Un)Happy criteria filled, but I don't know why I triggered the Happy ending.
More than 1 million followers, 0 stress, 84 affection (at least 80), 29 mental (Below 80), streamed Internet angel 5.

Any help would be appreciated!

Personally I was able to get it when I threw Cloudflare's 1 1 1 1 out of my DNS settings to replace it with something else. But it could just be some other unknown reason or coincidence that I was able to get it today. I wasn't particularly trying if it mattered... it just worked today and the only difference I can think of is my DNS settings.

In all honesty, as cool as the idea is, the way it goes confusingly wrong in actual application... devs should probably scrap it and have the thing you change be purely in-game rather than IRL. Would just mean putting one extra icon in Windose taskbar bottom right.

...oh, and for what it's worth, Darkness doesn't seem to matter in current version? When I got it I had over 80 for both Affection and Darkness.

That seems like a more reasonable explanation than whatever mine was.

For anyone else who might have the same problem: Your ISP might be blocking Chinese websites or your IP somehow got blacklisted by that Firewall in China. Try switching the network environment or use a VPN.

(The game, for whatever reason, is hardcoded to ping weibo.com to check the Internet connection even for non-Chinese versions. So complications like this could theoretically happen.)

Anyone tried adding a local dns entry for weibo.com that routes to some other ip address?

Sadly this will probably not work because they pinged it with HTTPS request, which would probably fail if the certificate doesn't match. There is a way around this but may require patching the game (and if you would patch the game you can change it to anything e.g. http://google.com/generate_204).

Seriously? Just turn off your internet. That's all you need for Happy End World
What's that Regional, or DNS related, really!?

No no, this bug gives you Happy End World with internet on.
The problem is not getting (Un)Happy since the game always considers your internet "off" due to connection-related things.

Reading is good.
