Hi,
Is there a option to buy best equipment for an character in the shop?or directly visible to see the changes for an character? If I remember well, final fantasy tactics had something like this to show directly which equipment is higher from the damage or defense?

Unfortunately not in the shop. There's an auto-equip function for things you do own in the status menu. Honestly speaking, though, after you unlock crafting (early Ch2), you're best off crafting pretty much all of your equipment.
