Tactics Ogre Reborn SNES Music Mod

Introduction

This mod provides versions of the music files in Tactics Ogre Reborn which play the original SNES/SFC versions of the tracks. Any Ogre Battle music in Reborn will also play their original versions.

How to install?

1) Extract the zip anywhere you like.
2) Go into X\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tactics Ogre Reborn\Data\sound\bin\bgm and move the files into a safe place (not the directory where you extracted the zip).
(X will be the partition which has Program Files (x86))
3) Copy and paste over any .sab files from the SNES Music Mod directory into the bgm directory.
4) Go into X\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tactics Ogre Reborn\Data and move FileTable.bin into a safe place (not the directory where you extracted the zip).
5) Copy and paste the FileTable.bin from the SNES Music Mod directory into the Data directory.
6) Enjoy!

Issues

- Any sections with narration, those being the attract screen explaining the world history and the start of chapter screens, will still use the Reborn versions of their tracks. It seems as though videos for these will need to be edited.
- The opening screen showing the burning of Golyat still plays the Reborn version of Catastrophe.

Custom changes

- Fog of Phantom replaces Light Everlasting.
- Limiation replaces Faraway Heights.
- Do or Die (the boss theme of Ogre Battle) replaces Showdown.
- Theme of the Black Knights replaces A Meet With Destiny.
- Dark Matter (the theme of Temple Shalina when Diablos is awakened in Ogre Battle) replaces A Clash of Giants.
- Awakening replaces True Knight.
- The original Notice of Death and Prayer replace their reprises.
- Emotion And Absence of Mind replaces Piercing Truths.
- Billow of the Dark (Ogre Battle's final boss theme) replaces In The Fray.
- A Cygnet replaces A Better Tomorrow, True Feelings and Myself.
- Neo-Overture (Ogre Battle's credits theme) and Passing Moment are both used for the credits screens to fill out the 6 minutes.
