Is there an item / weapon / spell to reduce armor ?

Dynast-king's Mead is like casting Breach, and that reduces armor.

there is description on the top
weaken = reduce weapon attack
breach = reduce def
spoilspell = reduce magic attack
spellstrike = raise magic debuff hit chance
spellcraft = raise magic damage
strenghten = raise weapon damage
fortify = raise def
resilience = raise magic def
healcraft = raise heal output

other question i remember having a slingshot to throw medical item, is it still available ? or now only beast tamer can do this ?

depending on where you are in the story, Swordmaster dances can inflict breached/weakened/fortify/strengthen in a 2 tile radius around the caster

the voglue(2handed spear) and zweihander(2handed sword) can be upgraded to+1 state and it grant them breach on hit

Nah, as you note, the lobber has been converted into a skill that the Beast Tamer (and maybe some other later game classes--don't know) gets. With it, when you go to use an item, you can use it at range. Also great for chucking debuff items onto bosses.

I used to never use it because I felt it was stupidly strong in the PSP version, but given that it's now a skill and the unit with it is limited to 4 item slots, I'm using it a fair bit.
