Law is by far the darkest path. Law is about following orders even when they ask you to do horrible things.
From what I've read, there's only a bow that can be missed if your level is too high during a certain fight. But since Reborn has the level cap system, idk if it applies anymore.
Pick Law or Chaos as your end choice.
Note that to finish CODA completely you do need to jump back and let some characters die to see the alternate cutscene.
Neutral first to get it out of the way since it's non-ideal for many reasons.
Law to get OP units earlier
Then Chaos last.
If you want to extra dialogue, you may want to enter CODA from the law route, so you may want to do law again, or save it for last if you don't care about waiting on OP units.
The sad thing is that the Duke's plan works though is a lot less effective on Law as Vyce spreads the truth everywhere. While in Chaos/Neutral, Denam goes into hiding instead.
That said I'd be surprised if they didn't rework all of these given all of the reworking of weapons and spells. Contentwise, the only thing I'm guessing is missable are some titles, and even then that could be wrong.
