A certain classes's skills. (possible spoilers for chapter 4)
So, I just finished the elemental shrines and unlocked the Shaman class, and it... well, it seems like a slightly worse Warlock that can't use dark magic. I made Sherri one anyways and was delighted to see she could use the new apocrypha I just got, but she has this skill called "Nature's Blessing... and the description is very unhelpful. And I can't seem to find via googling what it does. So, can anyone inform me? What exactly does it do, and should I keep Sherri as one? Should I make her sisters one as well? Cause I kinda like Cistina and Cerya as Rune Fencers. Olyvia I could make one, and just run Donalto as my only cleric, but I don't... need more magic attackers.

Rune Fencers can't equip as much INT gear, don't get Nature's Touch (until at least lvl40), and you don't get the bonus range from cudgels/engulf. So you're definitely taking a hit on damage output.

That said, rune fencers can equip the summon spells and much more gear, meaning that in the end game (with relics and charms) you can boost your valkyrie's INT to comparable levels as Shaman, while still having access to instills and all the utility that rune fencers bring (boon, ease).

For my first run of PotD (at lvl36), I brought Sherri as a shaman for the extra aoe damage from range to soften up the enemies for my main troops. Once my characters could handle themselves against the 5+ level higher enemies, I retired her and replaced her with Cerya as a valkyrie. Slapped Dragonscale Shield, Wyrmscale helm and Sparkguard boots on her so that she functions basically like a dragoon with summon magic and utility. Basically she can do othe jobs of what used to take 3 classes. It's kinda silly.

Give them the Summon spells from the Palace of the Dead floor 24 shop, and then you'll realize their power, along with Liches and Matriarchs. Summon I spells shoot 3-4 times for only 45 mp, very powerful.

My team steamrolling San Bronsa consists of 5-6 Shamans 2 Liches (gotta love the enemy suiciding on their aoe spell reflects) 1 Matriarch 1 Lord and 1 White Knight :)

I was actually going to head back into POTD to try and get some relics to recruit Deneb. But I still am curious. Their exclusive skill, shaman's i mean. Nature's Blessing or whatever it's called. What does it do, since it's tooltip isn't exactly clear. I'll keep Sherri as one for now, since she's really strong with her magic, but I'm a bit unclear on the skills.

I'm still not sure which skill you're talking about.
Nature's Touch is an auto-skill that, when it procs, adds damage to your next spell. This functions separately from Spellcraft, so you can stack both of those to get some disgusting damage numbers. However, this also means that your "real" damage is gated behind the RNG of it proccing. Some fights you'll be overkilling everything, while others you'll get a dry spell until you pick up some auto-skill cards. Some people like this playstyle for the big numbers, while others (like me) prefer strategies that are a bit more consistent. Not discouraging the playstyle, mostly just pointing out that there are other options if that's not your cup of tea.

If you're talking about Nature's Whisper, it doesn't have a specific battle use and is mostly just for deep-divers.
If you bring up the system menu during battle, it lists the weather and prevailing element on the map. For example, casting a fire spell will add points (number depends on spell) to fire element for the map, making all fire attacks do slightly more damage. This number can go up more and more, which can eventually make spells of that element have fair bit more oomph. This is most visible in the elemental shrines, where maps in the earth elemental shrine will start out skewed more towards earth, etc.
All Nature's Whisper does is add a list below the prevailing element that says exactly what each elemental value is.

Yes that's it, Nature's Whisper. Sorry, I misremembered the name. Thanks for explaining! And Nature's Touch sounds VERY tempting. I'm going to try running that for a while, assuming it's unlocked yet. My Sherri just hit level 40.
