Are you able to change your birthday later in game or is it once you set it that's it?

Doubt it, but I don't think it has any story relevance other than the default name of your troop and maybe Denam's age in Warren Report.

Alright, thanks. I saw somewhere that you can change Denam's name I was just wondering if you could with the birth date as well.

It also used to affect your starting elemental affinity, but they just let you choose that these days.

I have another question. Like in FF Tactics there's the Zodiac system depending on your birthday it'll affect your affinities with other Zodiac signs, does this game have a similat mechanic?

Elements kinda fill that role, but you can set it at will rather than FFT's "roll your generics over and over for 30 minutes straight before going to the first battle to get the right zodiac/stats because the bosses have set Zodiac signs and you can actually make the game easier or harder without knowing it" :P
