ive cleared Palace twice and i can attest that the target monsters in this list is vaguely accurate at best (for relics) uniques (yellow) seem pretty accurate. though that's to be expected since most of the drops have been largely randomised.
however it does give you a nice guide as to what floor ranges certain items drop on now.

ive also spent a long time trying to chariot the psp cursed weapon drop targets and have yet to get 1 in 2 potd clears. make of that what you will. bad luck or changed locations or just very very very rare.

1H Katana relic The Awakener received as a drop on Level 40 in Palace of the Dead, unfortunately received at the end of the level and could not note which Enemy dropped it

What weapon is that? Hammer? I think I have it but I don't recognize the name out of the relics I use.
