Endgame gear and recipes

I need help finding endgame gear and recipes

Does it drop from PoTD? Or another dungeon? The only dungeons i know is PoTD, Pirate Graveyard and Phorampa

i finished Phorampa and didn't get anything, only lots of gold

i went till PoTD level 8 and got a Lava Ring but that's it

i'm on late ch4 before going to Heim

you get crafting stuff from the sisters quest. theres more to it than just visiting the forts 1 time.
after you visit them all the first time and do the simple fights outside you need to go talk to Coritanae and talk to the purple cloak guy.
all the forts activate again and you can go underground (you need at least 1 of the sisters in your army) with like a 6-7 level dungeon. boss drops the crafting stuff. seemed like 100% drops when i did it.
after you clear them all once they activate again and you can re-clear them. the boss has a chance of spawning again on the last level but not as the win condition. they MIGHT drop actual gear in this normal non quest version of the fight.

POTD has lots crafting stuff among other things. unlike the psp version where X guy on Y tile had drops now its just random (no more need to chariot scum the drops) so you can just clear how you want and you will eventually get stuff. ive gotten 3-4+ in single fights 0 in others.

i cleared down to level 24's shop (even with the level 36 level cap. you fight level 40s on the way down that far. but you can also recruit level 40's into your army even though the exp cap is still 36 :P
also the level 40 guys you recruit can also level their weapon skills to 40 for the 4th finisher :)

gone down there twice now looking for relics. not havign much lick with them but ive gotten a tonne of crafting books. they are all jsut auto converting to gold now cos i have them already

Does this also apply to the Enchiridion drops in the forest? I think I just wasted a couple of hours using chariot there. xD

i'm doing the Air Temple right now, i read a guide that says that it drops Sword and Fist recipe in here

in this version are the loot tables the same as the PSP version for those extra dungeons? is it more easy or more hard to drop?
